Define your availability

In just a few clicks you can programme the type of appointment, and the days and time slots for which you are available. You have scheduled a meeting with a customer? Calendly will not take any appointments on that day.

Everything is automatically synchronized in real time with your Google calendar , Outlook, Office 365 or iCloud. Calendly is also compatible with GotToMeeting, Salesforce, Pennylane and your Zapier applications. This means that your prospects make an appointment with you and via Zapier these are automatically transformed into leads or even customers in Pennylane. You clearly save time by not having to update several different tools, at the risk of forgetting an appointment here or there...

Customise to your needs

First of all, you can personalise the appointment form. For example, you can ask a prospect to confirm their telephone number or ask a question to prepare for your interview. All of this is integrated directly into the form. You will know exactly what they would like to discuss before the meeting starts. Their answers will appear directly in your calendar and are available when you need them. So you always arrive prepared for your appointments.

You can also modify the notifications that Calendly sends automatically: confirmations, reminders and reminders. And in the event of cancellation or modification of the date or time of the appointment, you and your contact person are immediately informed.

No need to chase payments

The little extra? You can even collect payment or a deposit from a customer before meeting them. Simply by combining Calendly with Stripe or PayPal. This payment automation feature will allow you to focus entirely on your customer's requests and not on managing your cash flow.
